Our Process
Booking
Live wedding painters are in high demand, so it’s best to book early—ideally 6-12 months before your wedding. Just fill out the Contact Form, and once we have confirmed artist availability for your date, we will contact you with the next steps to complete your booking.
Consultation
Live Wedding Painting is an intimate, personalized process. Your artist wants to know more about you, your vision, and the details of the wedding day. This conversation will guide your artist in creating an heirloom painting customized perfectly for you.
The Wedding Day
On the wedding day, the artist arrives early to set up in a visible space. Throughout the celebration, they work in real time, using a combination of on-site observation and reference photos to capture the moment. Guests love watching the painting take shape, making it an interactive experience.
Studio Touch Ups
Your painting will look finished by the end of the reception, but your artist will take it back to the studio to finalize details and add finishing touches. This process takes 6–12 weeks to allow for careful refinement, proper paint curing, and a protective varnish.
Delivery
You will receive your finished Live Wedding Painting, whether via shipping or local pickup. It is ready to be displayed and cherished as a lasting memory of your wedding day.
